AB  - The hyperspectral (PHI) aerial ground synchronous observation carried out in Binggou basin on March 24, 2008 provides a basic data set for snow remote sensing parameter inversion.Observation contents include: 1) Snow characteristic analyzer observation. The observation variables include snow density, snow complex dielectric constant, snow volume water content, snow weight water content, etc. the measurement is carried out in bg-a sample plot. 2) Snow parameter observation, including synchronous snow surface temperature (hand-held infrared thermometer), layered snow depth temperature (needle thermometer), snow particle size (hand-held microscope) and snow density (aluminum box mode) during aircraft transit (11:11-12:35bjt). The observation was carried out in bg-a1, bg-a2, bg-b, bg-d, bg-e and bg-f5 sample plots respectively. There are 3 random sampling units (ESUs) in each sample point. For example, in E-1 sample point, it is divided into 1, 2 and 3esu. 3) Snow albedo observation (total radiometer). The observation was carried out in sample plot bg-a1. 4) Snow spectral observation (ASD spectrometer of Xinjiang Meteorological Bureau), which was carried out in sample plot bg-a11. The dataset includes two folders: original data and preprocessed data.
