TY - Data T1 - Test Data Set of Heihe Blagoveshchensk Heilongjiang (Amur River) Bridge Demonstration Project (May 1, 2019, April 20, 2020) A1 - bai ruiqiang DO - 10.12072/ncdc.nieer.db2825.2024 PY - 2023 DA - 2023-03-31 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - & emsp; This data set includes the indoor low speed impact test data of closed cell foam aluminum sandwich structure used to prevent drift ice impact and the field test data of structural response of No. 6 and No. 7 piers of Heihe Blagoveshchensk Heilongjiang (Amur River) Bridge.& emsp; The indoor test data was collected on May 1, 2019. The instrument and equipment used are drop hammer testing machines. The impact hammer head of the testing machine is hemispherical, with a diameter of 50mm and a weight of 230kg. The inner and outer diameters of the rigid support plate are 100mm and 240mm respectively. Before the test, the impact hammer shall be raised to the predetermined drop height through the computer automatic control technology. In the test, the impact hammer falls freely and strikes the central area of the test piece. The initial impact energy or speed is obtained by adjusting the preset height of the impact hammer.& emsp; The collection time of field test data is from April 20, 2021 to April 27, 2021. The time accuracy of this data acquisition is 0.01 seconds. The space scope involves two test piers. Since 3D spatial coordinates are not involved, this spatial accuracy is not considered. Among them, the vibration pickup adopts 941B ultra-low frequency vibration meter of Institute of Engineering Mechanics, China Seismological Bureau. Type 941B vibration pickup belongs to dynamic coil reciprocating vibration pickup. The principle of the vibration pickup is shown in Figure 2. When the switch 1 of the micro toggle switch is turned on, the resistance of the resistance RPl is small, so the damping constant D ≥ 1. The moving part of the vibration pickup forms a velocity pendulum, that is, the displacement of the pendulum is proportional to the speed of the ground movement. The vibration pickup forms an accelerometer, and its output voltage is proportional to the acceleration of the ground movement.
