AB  - In this paper, the ideal tissue equivalent proportional counter (ideal TEPC) is introduced into Monte Carlo (MC) simulation. The ideal TEPC and MC simulation methods are used to calculate the biological effective dose of 330 MeV / u carbon ion beam with 6 cm Bragg peak (SOBP). The results show that the ideal TEPC combined with MC simulation can accurately calculate the biological effective dose of heavy ions, The distortion of radiation field caused by TEPC wall is avoided, and the distortion of radiation field caused by structural material is avoided δ The influence of electron on the line energy spectrum and the position deviation in the experiment have good portability.
