%X This dataset is the monthly average sampling data of C13 isotope bottles in carbon dioxide at the Global Atmospheric Background Observatory in Waliguan, China from 1990 to 2012. The Valiguan Atmospheric Background Reference Observatory in China was founded in 1994 and is located on the Qinghai Tibet Plateau at an altitude of 3810 meters. It is the highest atmospheric background reference monitoring station in the world and the first atmospheric background reference monitoring station located in the hinterland of a continent. Its establishment fills the gap of the Global Atmosphere Watch(GAW) in the Eurasian continent
