Observation instrument: ring knife method (volume 50cm ^ 3). Observation quadrats and sampling times: Desert East-West sample zone (including 40 sub quadrats, one sampling for each sub quadrat corner point), desert north-south sample zone (including 40 sub quadrats, one sampling for each sub quadrat corner point and center point).
