AB  - In this paper, a new pen beam model of carbon ion dose based on Monte Carlo simulation method is proposed. The pen beam model Za is used to describe the low dose envelope generated by carbon ion in human body, obtain the information of low dose envelope, and consider the influence of low dose envelope on treatment dose, so as to achieve more accurate calculation of carbon ion treatment dose.
