AB  - The routine hydrological and meteorological observations of Tianshan Glaciological Station are conducted at the No.1 Glacier Hydrological Point, Kongbingdou Hydrological Point, Zongkong Hydrological Point, and the Houxia Basic Camp in the source area of the Urumqi River. The meteorological observation site of Houxia Basic Camp is located in the Urumqi River Valley, with an altitude of 2130 meters. Conventional meteorological elements are observed, and this dataset is the daily relative humidity table of the basic camp of the Tianshan Glacier Observation and Test Station in 2003 and 2004
