With an altitude of 3543.8 meters, it is a national first-class hardship station, mainly engaged in cloud and fog physics experiments and climate monitoring. In 1975, it was handed over to Ürümqi Meteorological Bureau for management. In 2007, it was renamed as Daxigou National Meteorological Observation Secondary Station according to the requirements of the China Meteorological Administration for business and technical system reform. This dataset mainly includes the average temperature data and observation time of Daxigou Meteorological Station from 1996 to 2005. The data quality is good and can be used as important data for studying glacier material balance, glacier climate response, and other aspects.
