The test contents include chemical composition analysis, tensile test, impact test, transverse fracture strength, coefficient of linear expansion and wear resistance of steel, welding material and matrix material. After low temperature storage at - 50 ℃, the materials were taken out for mechanical properties, impact energy and wear test. The test results show that the materials meet the requirements of low temperature storage at - 50 ℃. This data set collates and collects the test data set of drilling tool metal materials during the project implementation period (2017.01-2018.12), including field data such as span, sample size, total load, transverse fracture strength, hardness, wear amount, etc. A total of 400。
