The TDS of influent concentrated brine is 20g / L, the membrane area is 510cm2, the brine flow rate is 130L / h, the water temperature is 30 ℃, and the membrane stack structure is bm-aem-cem-bm. When the conductance of salt chamber is about 6 μ When s / cm, replace the concentrated brine in the salt chamber and circulate the water for three times. The measurement accuracy is taken to two decimal places. After three cycles of concentrated brine in bipolar membrane electrodialysis, the conductivity of salt chamber decreased from 20g / L to 4G / L; Alkali production concentration is 0.6mol/l; The concentration of acid production is 0.7mol/l. The energy consumption of the corresponding membrane stack increased from 0.88 to 1.87kwh / (kg NaOH); The current efficiency is reduced from 72% to 65%.
