AB  - This data includes the SPEI grid data set of Qilian Mountains from 1961 to 2020, and the geographic coordinate system WGS_ 1984, projection coordinate system Albert. By calculating the difference between monthly precipitation and potential evapotranspiration and the degree of deviation from the average state, the cumulative series of water gains and losses based on different time scales is established, which has the characteristics of multiple time scales and can comprehensively reflect the evolution process of regional dry and wet conditions.
