The main fields include annual deformation rate, coherence, vertical accuracy, horizontal accuracy and cumulative displacement. The monitoring accuracy is mm. The monitoring accuracy of surface deformation data is mm, which is suitable for surface deformation monitoring of land surface covered by radar image; Based on envi sarscape, the surface deformation data in SAR coordinate system is finally converted into geographic coordinate system through image clipping, registration, interference processing and geocoding, and stored in shpfile format file.
