Measurement method: the soil breathing chamber is placed on the PVC ring (10 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height). The PVC ring is inserted into the soil for 1 ~ 2 cm and placed 1 day before the measurement. The full-automatic observation is adopted, the solar panel is used for power supply, and the instrument is equipped with a data acquisition instrument to automatically record the observation data. 3) Measurement time The soil respiration rate was continuously observed during the main growing season of maize from June 19 to September 15, 2012. 4) Data processing Regularly copy the observation data (*. 81x) from the data collector and convert it into text format file through li-8100 (m) PC client v2.0.0 software to obtain soil respiration data
