The sampling point was located near the outlet of hongnigou in hulugou small watershed in the upper reaches of Heihe River. A soil profile with a depth of 2m was excavated at the sampling point, and then a soil water collector was placed at the depth of 60cm, 90cm and 140cm respectively. When the soil water is collected by the soil collector, different depths of soil water can be obtained by using a 50ml disposable syringe to extract different depths of pipes. The data set contains doc value, ammonia nitrogen value, silica content and Cation Anion value of soil water at three different depths.
