%X This data set is the total control of surface runoff of hulugou Watershed at hulugou watershed outlet hydrological section of Qilian station from January 1, 2011 to November 2, 2011.Data content: the hydrological section flow data at hulugou outlet, and the hydrological section flow at the outlet of the basin was regularly observed at 08:00, 14:00 and 20:00 every day (ls45a type rotating cup current meter produced by Chongqing Huazheng Hydrological Instrument Company was used for measurement). The hobo pressure water level gauge is used to monitor the change of water level in real time and establish the relationship between water level and discharge.
