%X This data is the long-term positioning ground temperature observation data of Institute of Environment and Engineering in Cold and Dry Regions, Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Key Laboratory of Cryospheric Science, and Qinghai Tibet Plateau Cryosphere Observation Experimental Research Station. This data set is the monthly average data of the permafrost active layer of the Beilu River from 2003 to 2010. SOILT is the soil temperature, in degrees Celsius (℃); WATER is the soil moisture, in (L).
