TY - Data T1 - 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography predicts lymph node responses to definitive chemoradiotherapy in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients A1 - Xiao Guoqing DO - 10.12072/ncdc.imp.db2900.2023 PY - 2023 DA - 2023-07-19 PB - National Cryosphere Desert Data Center AB - In this paper, functional imaging PET-CT was used to guide the delineation of esophageal cancer target area, and the accuracy of delineation of esophageal cancer lymph nodes by different images was compared. Pathology confirmed that PET-CT was superior to CT in delineation of lymph nodes. Based on the CT image and PET / CT fusion image, the tumor target area is delineated and the precise radiotherapy plan is made. Based on the PET / CT fusion image, the target area is more accurate and the radiotherapy is more accurate, avoiding the excessive damage of normal tissue. CT combined with PET-CT dual positioning, functional imaging intervention improves the accuracy of target delineation.
